1. Make change to appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 18, 2012 No. 606 "About approval of referral lists of structural divisions regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city, district, district in Kiev and Sevastopol of public administrations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 50, of the Art. 1984), having added Item 1 after paragraph two with the new paragraph of such content:

2.
