About modification of Item 10 of Rules of provision and receipt of telecommunication services

Make changes to Item 10 of Rules of provision and receipt of the telecommunication services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 11, 2012 No. 295 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 29, of the Art. 1074), having stated it in such edition:
"10. In the field of provision of services in Ukraine the state language, regional languages or languages of minorities are used.
Addresses of the sender and the receiver of telegrams which are sent within Ukraine shall be carried out in state language. The text of the telegram can be written in any language with use of letters of Cyrillics or the Latin alphabet.
The international messages which are transmitted through telecommunication networks public are processed with use of the languages provided by international treaties of Ukraine.".
