I. Approve the Procedure for collection and distribution of charges for driving of vehicles through artificial constructions on highways public with the following amendments:
1. Add item 4 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"The amount of charges for driving of vehicles through artificial constructions on highways public is levied from owners of vehicles of foreign states at the raised rates established by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic in coordination with State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the antimonopoly policy.".
2. Add Item 11 with the paragraph the seventh the following content:
"-transporting the agricultural products which are grown up by directly agricultural producer for realization within the republic;".
II. Approve the Amount of collectable charges for driving of vehicles through artificial constructions on highways public with the following changes:
in the table "The Amount of Collectable Charges for Driving of Vehicles through Artificial Constructions on Highways Public" of the column "Vehicles" to exclude the words "Automobile Transport of All Brands" and "Minibuses"; to exclude figures "15-00" and "25-00" from the column "The Amount of Collectable Charges for Unit, Som".
III. Send to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the Procedure for collection and distribution of charges for driving of vehicles through artificial constructions on highways public and the Amount of collectable charges for driving of vehicles through artificial constructions on highways public with changes 9i amendments (is applied).
