About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2007 No. 103
According to article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" and article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About compulsory professional pension insurance" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. After the third paragraph of Item 6 of the Provision of the Agency of the social insurance and pensions approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2007 "About the state Agency of social insurance and pensions" to add with No. 103 the new paragraph of the following content:
"-exercises control of taxation and payment of fees on compulsory professional pension insurance".
2. In the Scheme of management of the Agency of social insurance and pensions approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2007 No. 103, of the word "departments and sectors" shall be replaced with words "managements and departments".
