Establish the extreme number of employees of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 1815 units (without service personnel) from which 1755 units are financed by means of the republican budget and 60 units at the expense of special means of Committee, including Central office 1S5 of units from which 165 units are financed by means of the republican budget and 20 units at the expense of special means of Committee".
2. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan financing of maintenance costs of additional units at the expense of special means of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
