About change, amendment and recognition voided some orders of the Government

Based on Item b) article 91 of the Law No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006 on local public authority (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 32-35, of the Art. 116), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1362 of December 22, 2005. "About approval of Standard rates of number of subscribers of office phones, faxes and mobile phones for the staff of bodies of public management (except for government telephone communication)" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 176-181, of the Art. 1469) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the resolution:

add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. To bodies of local public authority of the first and second levels the decision of the relevant local council to approve own regulations on establishment of number of subscribers of office phones, faxes, mobile phones for the staff of bodies of local public authority";

2) in appendix:

in paragraph one of the word "and bodies of local public authority" to exclude;

exclude the Items 8)-11).

2. In the Order of the Government No. 1404 of December 30, 2005. "About procedure for use by bodies of public management of office passenger vehicles" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 5-8, of the Art. 32), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Regulations on limiting approval of number of office cars and annual limit of run on one car for ensuring accomplishment of office powers of bodies of local public authority of the first and second levels affirm the decision of the relevant local council";

exclude Item 7;

Appendix No. 2 to exclude 2).

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix.
