1. Declare invalid Item 10 of appendix to the Resolution of the Agency No. 85 of 28.04.2009 about determination of the list of the relevant markets of networks and/or services of electronic communications.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
