"About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About insurance and national pensions"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 12, 2010 "About insurance and national pensions" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2010, No. 1, Art. 19; 2011, No. 3, Art. 175; 2012, No. 8, Art. 831) following changes and amendments:

1. To state paragraph two of Article 1 in the following edition:

"-basic pension - indicator for calculation of the pensions and pension supplements provided by this Law;".

2. Regarding the 2nd Article 3 of the word "social (pension)" shall be replaced with words "social and pension".

3. In the name and the text of Article 4 of the word "state insurance" and "state and insurance" shall be replaced with words "insurance and state".

4. In Article 7:

- exclude part 3;

- consider part 4 part 3 and state in the following edition:

"3. Insurance part of pension - the main part of pension established to insured person depending on amount of the conditional pension capital, taking into account insurance years of service, the average monthly salary or other insured income in system of pension insurance equated to it.";

- consider part 5 part 4, the text of part after the word of "accumulatings" to add with the word "insured" and "regulations of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the national social insurance" shall be replaced with words words "the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- consider part 7 part 6, in the paragraph the second sign of semicolon ";" to replace with sign of point and third to exclude the paragraph;
