Art. 1. - Approve Regulations on estimation of collective achievements of structural divisions of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).
Art. 2. - This decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

Art. 1. - This Provision is applied to structural divisions of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova, except for the President's Office.
Art. 2. - Estimation of collective achievements is carried out for the purpose of objective assessment of activities of structural divisions of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova based on estimative criteria by comparison of extent of accomplishment of the tasks established for the corresponding period with actually achieved results.
Art. 3. - For estimation of collective achievements of structural divisions of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova the order of the secretary general of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova establishes the Commission on estimation of collective achievements (further - Valuation committee).
