About approval of the Instruction on the organization of work of divisions of criminal militia for children

In pursuance of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About bodies and services for children and special facilities for children", Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 383, and also for the purpose of enhancement and increase in efficiency of prevention of administrative and criminal offenses among children I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction on the organization of work of divisions of criminal militia for children which is attached.

2. To chiefs of head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, on transport to provide fulfillment of requirements of this Instruction by employees of divisions of criminal militia for children.

3. To provide to management of criminal militia for children (Lazarenko O. O.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister militia lieutenant general Ratushnyak V. I.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
