About the state information resource in the field of consumer protection

In pursuance of article 40 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About consumer protection" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and maintaining the state information resource of consumer protection.

2. Determine that the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare is the body authorized on forming and maintaining the state information resource in the field of consumer protection and also on coordination of the activities of the authorized federal executive bodies exercising the state control (supervision) of compliance of goods to the safety requirements established by technical regulations, and public associations of consumers (their associations, the unions), connected with participation in forming of the specified resource.

3. To Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare until the end of 2013 to approve according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 24, 2010 N 365 "About coordination of actions for use of information and communication technologies in activities of state bodies" the plan of informatization including actions for creation and operation of the information system providing functioning of the state information resource in the field of consumer protection and to provide its realization in accordance with the established procedure.
