About approval of requirements to preparation of technological card of administrative service

According to part four of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve requirements to preparation of technological card of administrative service according to appendix.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2013 No. 44

Requirements to preparation of technological card of administrative service

1. The technological card of administrative service (the technological card is farther), which contains information on procedure for provision of administrative service by the subject of provision of such service, affirms the specified subject for each administrative service which it provides.

2. In case when subject of provision of administrative service is the official of executive body, other state body, authority of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local government body authorized according to the law to provide administrative services, the technological card affirms body to which such person submits.

3. The technological card prepares taking into account such criteria:

1) minimization:

actions of the subject of the address;

expenses of time and other resources of the subject of provision of administrative service;

2) efficiency and timeliness of provision of administrative service.

4. Information which contains in technological card shall answer regulatory legal acts which establish procedure, the term and conditions of provision of the corresponding administrative service.

It is forbidden establish in technological card of the right and obligation of subjects of the address.

5. In technological card are specified:

1) stages of study of the address about provision of administrative service;

2) responsible official of the subject of provision of administrative service;
