1. Approve the enclosed Procedure about movement by physical persons through customs border of the Kyrgyz Republic of the goods which are not intended for productive or other business activity".

2. The state customs inspection under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and approve till August 15, 1996 single Rules of import and commodity exportation by physical persons through customs border of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Declare invalid:
