1. Approve Conceptual bases and projections of social development of the Union State till 2005 (social and labor aspect) - are applied.

2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Union State development of the Concept of social development of the Union State till 2005 and to bring it in accordance with the established procedure in the Supreme State Council of the Union State in the third quarter 2002.

3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Availability of common goals and priorities of development of the social and labor sphere, their essence are predetermined constitutionally: the uniting countries proclaimed themselves the social states (article 7 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and article 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus).
