About modification and amendments in the Code about ministerial procedures of the Republic of Tajikistan

- in the name §1 words of "administrative production" shall be replaced with words "productions about ministerial procedures";
- regarding the 2nd Article 114 of the word "administrative production" shall be replaced with words "production about ministerial procedures";
- regarding the 2nd Article 115 of the word "on administrative production" shall be replaced with words "productions about ministerial procedures";
- in parts 1 and 2 of Article 116 of the word "administrative production" and "administrative legal proceedings" respectively shall be replaced with words "production about ministerial procedures" and "production about ministerial procedures in court";
