About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About militia"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 17, 2004 "About militia" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 5, Art. 352; 2006, No. 3, Art. 148; 2007, No. 7, Art. 663; 2008, No. 6, Art. 450; 2009, No. 12, Art. 820; 2011, No. 3; Art. 156; No. 6, Art. 438; No. 12, Art. 835; 2012, No. 4, Art. 251; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 3, 2012, No. 842; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2012, No. 884) the following changes and amendment:

1. In Article 10 part one:

- add with Item 23) of the following content:

"23) to inspect divisions of protection of the organizations, to give instructions on remedial action, the objects revealed in technical reinforcement, and to ensuring safety of the state-owned and other property. The procedure for inspection of divisions of protection of the organizations is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;";

- respectively to consider the Items 23)-32) the Items 24)-33).

2. In Article 15:

- in paragraph three of part two of the word "on the important and protected objects" shall be replaced with words "on the important and protected objects which are subject to obligatory protection";

- the ninth to state part in the following edition:

"Criteria, procedure for separation into categories and the Register of the important and protected objects which are subject to obligatory protection by law-enforcement bodies are determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
