About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of October 12, 2009 No. 50
Based on subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2006 No. 719 "Questions of the central bodies of military management of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of October 12, 2009 No. 50 "About approval of the Regulations on the commission of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus on establishment of participant status of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 276, 8/21577; 2011, No. 101, 8/24113) following changes:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "the participant of mitigation of consequences" shall be replaced with words to "the citizens who were injured from";
1.2. in the Regulations on the commission of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus on establishment of participant status of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents approved by this resolution:
in the name and Items 1, 2 words of "the commission of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus on establishment of participant status of mitigation of consequences" shall be replaced with words "the commissions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus on establishment of the status to the citizens who were injured from";
