About appointment to the government employee of the allowance for execution of powers of the power

Article 1. Purpose of the Law

This Law establishes appointment to the government employee of the allowance for execution of powers of the power.

Article 2. Provision of powers of the power

The list of government employees to which powers of the power are conferred is established by the legislation.

Article 3. The allowance amount for execution of powers of the power

Since decision making about provision of powers of the power the allowance to official pay rate in the sum determined by the legislation is monthly paid to the government employee for execution of appropriate authority.

Article 4. Source of payment of the allowance for execution of powers of the power

Payment of the allowance for execution of powers of the power is performed within salary fund, provided by the government budget for the relevant state body where works the government employee having powers of the power serves.

Article 5. The introduction to the Law in force

This Law becomes effective from the date of publication.
