About the Development program of housing and communal services of the Republic of Belarus till 2015
For the purpose of further development of housing and communal services and improvement of quality of the rendered housing and communal services the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Development program of housing and communal services of the Republic of Belarus till 2015 (further - the Program).
2. Determine:
the customer - the coordinator of the Program the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities;
customers of the Program regional executive committees and Minsk Gorispolkom.
3. To the customer - the coordinator of the Program:
provide coordination of actions and coordination of work of customers on accomplishment of the Program;
annually till February 25 to inform Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the program implementation course.
4. To regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom annually till February 10 of the year following reporting to submit the report on the program implementation course in the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities.
5. To the Ministry of Finance when forming the republican budget for the next financial year to provide means for financing of actions of the Program.
6. Assign:
responsibility for accomplishment of the Program on the Minister of housing and communal services, chairmen of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom;
control of program implementation on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus supervising questions of housing and communal services.
