1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 9, 1993 No. 343 "About strengthening of social protection of judges, prosecution agencies workers and justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan":
a) state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the sizes:
surcharges to official pay rates of judges for qualification classes according to appendix No. 1;
surcharges to official pay rates of public prosecutor's and investigative prosecution agencies workers for class ranks according to appendix No. 2;
monthly length-of-service allowances to the employees of courts and judicial authorities having qualification classes and class ranks according to appendix No. 3;
surcharges to official pay rates of employees of courts and judicial authorities for class ranks according to appendix No. 4.
