2. In the note 12C to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) the words "till 31.12.2012 inclusive" shall be replaced with words No. "till 31.10.2013 inclusive".
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2013.
