About enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 131 of June 8, 2012 on the state control of business activity

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of Articles 8, 9, 11-13 Laws No. 131 of June 8, 2012 on the state control of business activity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 181-184, 595), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on the State register of control and on registers of control which conduct monitoring bodies it (is applied).

2. To monitoring bodies and bodies with functions of supervision till February 28, 2013 to appoint the government employees responsible for maintaining registers of control, data recording in the State register of control and information exchange for the purpose of maintaining the State register of control and to give this information to the State office.

3. Provisions of this resolution do not extend to the control listed in Items b) and c) parts (4) article 1 of the Law No. 131 from June 8, 2012 about state control of business activity, performed by Financial inspection, the Main state tax authorities, Customs Service, National Bank of Moldova and the National commission on the financial market which are recommended to develop own regulations on the procedure and the mechanism of registration and accounting of control similar to that which are stated in the enclosed Provision, and to deliver information on the exercised control in the State register of control.
