About modification of the Procedure for creation of the customs control zone

1. The paragraph third Chapter 2 of the Procedure for the creation of the customs control zone approved by the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 31, 1998 (рег. to No. 470 of August 8, 1998) to state in the following edition:
"Customs control zones are created by the order of the chief of territorial administration of the State Customs Committee (STK) in coordination with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent on territoriality in which the specific sizes and borders of these zones shall be specified.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
