For the purpose of safety of flights of aircrafts and prevention of illicit trafficking in laser radiators in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Enter since March 1, 2013 in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan import ban and realization of portable laser radiators (the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 9013 20 000 0), used as laser beam indexes (further - laser indexes).
2. To the State Customs Committee, the State Tax Committee, Border troops of Service of state security and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to take necessary measures for identification and suppression of the facts of illegal import, realization and use of laser indexes, involvement of perpetrators to responsibility.
3. The state inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights in two-month time to make the additions providing operations procedure of crews of aircrafts in case of radiations of cabin of pilots laser indexes to departmental regulatory legal acts.
4. To provide to the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, National broadcasting company of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek agency of seal and information, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent carrying out explanatory work among pupils and youth, their parents about negative effects of targeting of laser indexes per capita and aircrafts in flight.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
