According to Item 10 of the Section II of the List of first-priority measures for agreement performance on creation of the Union State and the Action program of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on realization of provisions of the Agreement on creation of the Union State in 2000 approved by the Resolution of the Supreme State Council of the Union State of June 27, 2000 N 8, Council of Ministers of the Union State decides:
1. Approve the Single principles of forming of the total market of communication services of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus approved by the Ministry of the Russian Federation of communication and informatization and (are applied) by the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Suggest Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation to give instructions to the Ministry of the Russian Federation of communication and informatization and the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Belarus of development on the basis of the Single principles of forming of the total market of communication services of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus of project proposals of the Program of creation of the total market of communication services of the Union State.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
