About modification and amendments in some resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine

According to Item "About judicial system and the status of judges" the plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine DECIDES: 6 parts two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine

Due to the changes which happened in the legislation of Ukraine and the questions which arose in court practice concerning application by economic courts of Ukraine of regulations of substantive and procedural law to make such changes and additions to some resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine:

1. In the resolution of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine of 17.05.2011 No. 6 "About some questions of practice of hearing of cases in the disputes arising from land relations":

1.1. To add subitem 2.12 of Item 2 with the offer of the following content: "He if necessary can appeal to economic court also with the claim for recognition of right to use behind it the parcel of land (Item of 1 part two of Article 16 of Civil Code of Ukraine).";

1.2. In item 4:

1.2.1. In the second offer of paragraph one of subitem 4.2 of the word "in the state-owned and utility property" shall be replaced with words and figures "from 01.01.2013 can be only in state-owned property";
