About approval of Changes to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning state registration of acts of civil status

According to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of acts of civil status", Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 2007 to No. 1064 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of acts of civil status of citizens" (with changes) and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of departments of state registration of acts of civil status, the proper organization of provision of administrative services I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.

2. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication. To impose control over the implementation of this order on Department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.).
