About modification of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency

According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of the organization and implementation of interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. The paragraph the twelfth Item 1 of Chapter 1 of the Section I of the Instruction on interbank money transfer in Ukraine in the national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 06, 2006 for No. 1035/12909 (with changes) to state in such edition:

"other organization - non-bank organization which is participant of SEP according to the legislation of Ukraine has the account in territorial administration of National Bank and carries out money transfer through SEP".

2. Bring in the Regulations on interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency during the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 23, 2003 No. 576, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 14, 2004 for No. 39/8638 (with changes), such changes:

2.1. In Chapter 2:

in Item 2.1:
