About modification of the Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of subjects of estimative activities

According to the Law of Ukraine of October 02, 2012 "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning need of obligatory provision of excerpts and extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical litspredprinimatel" I ORDER to No. 5410-VI:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of subjects of estimative activities approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of March 14, 2002 No. 479, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2002 for No. 312/6600, such changes:

in the Section II:

third Item 1 to exclude the paragraph;

exclude item 4.

With respect thereto to consider Items 5 and 6 items 4 and 5;

be reworded as follows appendix 2 which is applied.

2. To provide to the head of department concerning estimative activities of Department of coordination of development and accomplishment of program documents, assessment and the order with objects of state-owned property in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of coordination of development and accomplishment of program documents, assessment and the order objects of state-owned property.

4. This order becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of October 02, 2012 No. 5410-VI "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning need of obligatory provision of excerpts and extracts from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical litspredprinimatel", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
