Approve in the new edition the Section 1 "Payments according to the Income in the Government Budget", the Section 2 "Payments on Expenses from the Government Budget", the Section 3 "Payments on Assets and Liabilities of State-financed Organizations" and Appendix B (Help) of the State qualifier of the payment turnover approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 30.11.2007 No. 54/1 "About approval of the State qualifier of payment turnover" and registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, registration number 118-07 of December 25, 2007 (is attached).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 16, 2010 No. 49/5 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the State qualifier of payment turnover" No. 51/4 of November 30, 2007", registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, registration number 118-07 of December 25, 2007.
