Of December 19, 2012 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2013" to make the following changes to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 165.
1. In appendix No. 2 "The qualifier of treasurer acquisition accounts in budgets of district, local authority budgets of Chisinau and Belts, the central budget of ATO Gagauzia and local budgets":
- exclude Section 122 the paragraph 65 "Collection from Owners of Vehicles".
