About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for execution of special service in Service of civil protection and emergency situations

The government DECIDES:

In the Regulations on procedure for execution of special service in Service of civil protection and emergency situations approved by the Order of the Government No. 461 of March 24, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 66-68, of the Art. 436), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

To exclude 1) in Item 27 of the word "or possession of multiple nationality";

2) in Item 30 the subitem d) to exclude;

3) in Item 76 the subitem e) to state in the following edition:

"e) being at the disposal, before position assignment, except for the employees directed to study out of limits of the Republic of Moldova for the term of more than one year";

4) in Item 100:

the subitem e) to state in the following edition:

"e) in case of gross violation of office discipline.

The employee is represented for dismissal from service according to this basis in case of making of the gross violation of office discipline provided by part (1) article 47 of the Law on Service of civil protection and emergency situations which caused material and/or moral damage to service (her honor, reputation).

Dismissal of employees is made based on office investigation";

"g) in connection with transfer of the employee according to the Labor code.

Employees are transferred by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs to other government institution in which the special (military) service, based on the request received from the head of government institution in which the special (military) service, to the head of Service with the consent of the employee is provided is provided;
