Make changes to the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 29, 2009 N 39/1 "About approval of the Regulations on the measures and sanctions applied by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan to commercial banks, credit unions, microcredit institutions and pawnshops for violation of requirements of the legislation on counteraction of legalization of income gained from criminal activities and to terrorism financing" (рег. N 2063 of January 13, 2010) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, N 1-2, Art. 12) according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
