URGENTLY
We report that Public service of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship made the decision of 30.10.2012 No. 7 "On need of elimination by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine of violations of the principles of the state regulatory policy according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the principles of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity" (further - the Law), concerning cancellation of the joint order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 30.07.2009 No. 789/414/709 "On approval of the Procedure of customs clearance of import goods in container and packaging materials" (further - the Decision).
According to article 28 of the Law the specified Decision was subject to accomplishment in two-month time from the moment of its acceptance.
Failure to carry out of the Decision in agreed time have the investigation stop of action of the regulatory legal act concerning which it was accepted, from the next day after the termination of the specified two-month term.
Taking into account the termination of the term established by the Law on accomplishment of the Decision by Public service of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship in the Uryadovy Kuryer newspaper of 10.01.2013 No. 5 the announcement of stop from 31.12.2012 operation of the joint order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 30.07.2009 No. 789/414/709 "About approval of the Procedure of customs clearance of import goods in container and packaging materials" is promulgated.
