About modification and amendments in the Order GGNI No. 267 of 14.04.2011. "About the organization of activities for administration of large taxpayers"

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of tax administration of business entities - large taxpayers, and also for the purpose of increase in tax revenues in the national public budget I ORDER:

I. Of 14.04.2011 "About the organization of activities for administration of large taxpayers" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 70-73/442 of 29.04.2011) to make the following changes and additions to the Order GGNI No. 267:

1. In Item 3 of the order after the words "52 parts (1)" to add with words "-the non-profit organizations which are not registered as payers of the VAT", and after figures "54" to add with figures "54-1".

2. Add this order with new Item of the following content:

"7-1. In departure from provisions of Item 7 of this order, in case of non-compliance with obligations by large taxpayers, stipulated in Article the 8th part (2) the Tax code, and/or discrepancy to criteria of determination of the status of the large taxpayer, the chief of GGNI has the right to exclude business entity from the list of large taxpayers before fixed term.".

3. Exclude Item 8.

4. Change in the text of the Order GGNI No. 267 of 14.04.2011 of the word "Management of Large Taxpayers" the words "Head Department of Large Taxpayers" and respectively reducing "UKN" to "GUKN".

II. To provide to head department of large taxpayers publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

III. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
