About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193

1. Bring in the Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 53, 5/29310; No. 105, 5/29640; 2011, No. 107, 5/34480; No. 121, 5/34656; 2012, No. 35, 5/35330; No. 51, 5/35634; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.09.2012, 5/36275), following amendments and changes:

1.1. to add part one of Item 6 with the offer of the following content: "At the same time the personal responsibility for approval of the project on the questions which are within the competence of state body (organization) is assigned to the head of this state body (organization), and during its absence - to person fulfilling its duties.";

1.2. in Item 8:

from word part one "the direction in official journeys abroad," to exclude;

add Item with part of the seventeenth of the following content:

"Drafts of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning crediting of economy, including crediting of investment projects with rendering the state support in type of issue of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus and (or) compensation of part of interests on credit, shall be approved with National Bank.";

1.3. add part the second Item 36 with the offer of the following content: "The agenda of meeting of Presidium of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus can join questions of consideration of projects of the regulatory legal acts which are subject to obligatory approval of the State Control Committee if the corresponding projects were sent in accordance with the established procedure to this Committee in 10 days prior to the planned date of meeting.";
