According to Item 11 parts three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine", for the purpose of providing the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine with bodies of conducting examination in case of control of compliance with law about protection of the economic competition the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Approve the Procedure for ensuring conducting examination in case of control of compliance with law about protection of the economic competition which is applied.
2. Provide to legal department this order on state registration in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
