For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of Item 1.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 12, 2012 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About production and household waste" and modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 26, 1998 No. 3 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About production and household waste" of July 6, 2012 the No. 672 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 379-IVQD:

1. Make the following changes to "The rule of cleaning of the territories of the cities and other residential Items according to rules of sanitation, hygiene and ecological standard rates, temporary storage, regular export and neutralization of household waste", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 21, 2005 No. 74 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 4, Article 388; 2007, No. 10, Article, 1027; 2008, No. 2, Article 132):

1.1. add Item 3.1-1 of the following content:

"3.1-1. For the purpose of neutralization household waste is thrown out containers (ballot boxes). Dumping of the specified waste out of containers (ballot boxes) or their instillation is forbidden.";

1.2. after the second offer of Item 8.1 to add the third offer of the following content:
