For the purpose of strengthening of social support and material interest in results of work of employees of National state broadcasting company I decide:
1. Grant the right to the Chairman of National state broadcasting company to direct to establishment of allowances of the stimulating nature to employees of broadcasting company (except for government employees) budgetary funds at the rate to 20 percent of planned salary fund and to awarding - to 20 percent of planned salary fund and economy of the means provided on compensation.
Establishment of allowances of the stimulating nature to heads, specialists and employees and awarding of the employees of broadcasting company (except for government employees) containing at the expense of means of the republican budget are performed within the approved amount of budget financing for year.
The size of the allowance established to the specific worker for high creative, production achievements in the work, complexity and intensity of work, accomplishment of especially important (urgent) works paid for the account of budgetary funds cannot exceed it salary.
In addition to payment types of work and awarding, stipulated by the legislation and this Decree for employees of National state broadcasting company to enter payment of allowances and awards to all categories of the specified workers for the income account from advertizing economic activity within this income, except for the means released as a result of provision of broadcasting company of tax benefits according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2009 No. 523 "About some tax matters of National state broadcasting company" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 261, 1/11078).
