1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for determination of the prices (rates) for goods (works, services) the business entities regulated by the state.

2. Recognize to invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the prices (rates) for goods (works, services) the business entities regulated by the state" of July 17, 2003 No. 445;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 17, 2003 No. 445 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the prices (rates) for goods (works, services) the business entities regulated by the state" of October 21, 2008 No. 590.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the state antimonopoly authority of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
