2) creation of the research opinion according to Item 19 of these rules;

3) project development of the corresponding regulatory legal acts, in case of identification contradicting the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, obsolete, corruptogenic and not effectively implementable rules of law;

4) the direction of the offer in the relevant authorized body, in case of identification by the authorized body which is carrying out legal monitoring, to contradicting legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the obsolete, corruptogenic and not effectively implementable rules of law which are not within their competence.";
