About support of separate mass media and some organizations

For the purpose of creation of conditions for effective realization of the state information policy, and also ensuring needs of the Republic of Belarus in publishing products for the solution of national tasks in the fields of education, sciences and cultures:

1. Determine that:

1.1. from republican and local budgets support is given to the state legal entities, except state-financed organizations, and to economic societies concerning which the Republic of Belarus, having shares (shares in authorized funds), can determine the decisions made by these economic societies to which functions of editorial offices of mass media are assigned (further - editions):

1.1.1. in the form of the subsidies for partial expense recovery for typographical services, paper acquisition, the salary and charges for the salary connected with production and release of printing mass media according to the lists of such mass media approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus or the relevant local executive and administrative organs;

1.1.2. on carrying out state policy through mass media *;

1.2. from the republican budget support is given:

1.2.1. to editions on payment of expenses on giving and radio broadcast of TV programs;

1.2.2. to editions in the form of subsidies for complete or partial expense recovery for production, release and distribution of the newspapers "The Minsk times", "Golas Radz, We" and the magazine "Belarus. Belarus";
