1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on provision on competitive basis of the right of land on-air TV and radio broadcasting.

2. Provision of the right to land on-air TV and radio broadcasting to the teleradio organizations created according to the decision of the President of the Republic of Belarus or Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus is performed by the Republican commission on television and broadcasting without carrying out tender.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. This Provision determines procedure for provision on competitive basis of the right of land on-air TV and radio broadcasting. This procedure includes:

preliminary research (development) of the radio-frequency channel for the purposes of land on-air television broadcasting and broadcasting and determination of conditions of its use both in case of independent placement of the radio-transmitting means, and taking into account need of technical retrofitting (reconstruction) of the transferring television and broadcasting network for ensuring realization of the right of land on-air TV and radio broadcasting exposed on tender;
