About approval of the State program of implementation digital television and broadcastings in the Republic of Belarus till 2015

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed State program of implementation digital television and broadcastings in the Republic of Belarus till 2015 (the daleegosudarstvenny program).
2. Determine the Ministry of Communications and Informatization the state customer of the State program.
3. To the Ministry of Communications and Informatization:
in a month to bring the State program to interested;
in accordance with the established procedure till March 31 of the year following reporting to submit the report on the course of its accomplishment in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
4. Financing of actions of the State program is performed in accordance with the established procedure at the expense of means of contractors, customers, republican, local budgets and other sources according to the legislation.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
