For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement of heads of states "About creation of Intergovernmental TV & Radio Company (MTRK)" and accomplishment of the Decision of Council of Heads of Government "About questions of Intergovernmental TV & Radio Company", signed in Minsk on January 22, 1992, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Foundation agreement about creation of Intergovernmental TV & Radio Company as closed joint stock company, and the protocol of the constituent assembly of Intergovernmental TV & Radio Company of February 12, 1993 signed by plenipotentiaries of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. According to constituent documents to allocate to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan by free balance of the republican budget as of January 1, 1993:

for entering into the Authorized fund of MTRK of contribution of the Republic of Tajikistan in the amount of 200 million rubles;

for payment of broadcasting of MTRK in the amount 9952, 8 thousand rubles quarterly;

for payment of fee on ensuring activities of MTRK (the salary fund, traveling and other expenses) in the amount of 1175 thousand rubles quarterly.

3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on management of state-owned property, the State committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on television and broadcasting to make offers on the organization, material and financial provision of MTRK branch in Dushanbe in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Vice-chairman of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan Amin back Z. M.
