For the purpose of improvement of material and technical resources of the state TV and radio broadcasting the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Development program and reconstruction of material and technical resources of television, broadcasting and film production in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2000-2003.
2. To allocate to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2001 120 million rubl for capital repairs of buildings and constructions of complexes of television and broadcasting, and also annually on 500 million rubl on acquisition of ready audio of video records, movies and their simultaneous interpretation and dubbing-in. Provide priority financing of Committee on television and broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan within the means approved in the budget of the republic for the corresponding year to render assistance in timely converting of funds for foreign currency.
3. To the Ministry of Economics and external commercial relations of the Republic of Tajikistan when forming forecast indicators of economic and social development of the republic, since 2001, annually to provide assignment for continuation of construction of extension to the House of radio and since 2003 on acquisition of the new processing equipment which is not requiring installation for realization of the third stage of the Program.
4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan. To the Ministry of Economics and external commercial relations of the Republic of Tajikistan to determine sources and procedure for financing of the first and second stages of the Development program and reconstruction of material and technical resources of television, broadcasting and film production in 2001-2002 and to provide in a month offers to the Government.
