About approval of the Procedure for provision of free primary legal assistance in the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine

According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance" and for the purpose of regulation of provision of free primary legal assistance in the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of free primary legal assistance in the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Department of information policy (Chervak B. A.) and in accordance with the established procedure to provide to legal department (Novikov D. V.) this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine Murakhovsky A. L.

Procedure for provision of free primary legal assistance in the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine

General provisions

1.1. This Procedure determines the procedure of provision of free primary legal assistance to persons of law on free primary legal assistance in the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine (further - Goskomteleradio of Ukraine).
