Question of the State committee of television and broadcasting

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 3, 1995 "About enhancement of management system by the state television and broadcasting of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES: No. 12

1. Establish the extreme number of employees of central office of the State committee of television and broadcasting in quantities of 105 units.

Permit the State committee of television and broadcasting to have four vice-chairmen of Committee, including one first, and board in number of 9 people.

2. Due to the liquidation of the State broadcasting company to form liquidation commission. Appoint the chairman of liquidation commission of Orkushu Victor Petrovich and charge to it to approve staff of the commission.

Liquidation commission in three-months time to resolve according to the current legislation complex of the issues connected with liquidation of the State broadcasting company and education on its base of the companies and the organizations which are transferred to the sphere of control of the State committee of television and broadcasting.
