About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2011 No. 923 "About approval of Rules of application of authorization system of motor transportations in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international message"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2011 No. 923 "About approval of Rules of application of authorization system of motor transportations in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international message" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 51, the Art. 708) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of application of authorization system of the motor transportations in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the international message approved by the specified resolution:

7) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"7) the allowing document - the document (domestic or foreign permission, permission to accomplishment of transportation in (from) the third countries, special permission) confirming the right of driving through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";

add with Item 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1. Entrance (departure) on the territory (from the territory) foreign state, transit across the territory of foreign state of the domestic vehicles transporting passengers, baggage and loads are performed based on foreign permissions of the following types:

1) foreign sufferance bills;

2) foreign permissions to irregular transportations of passengers and baggage;

3) foreign permissions to regular transportations of passengers and baggage by effective period for one calendar year.";
