1. Determine that import of reed raw sugar without the vkuso-aromatic or painting additives (the FEACN CU codes 1701 13, 1701 14) (further - raw sugar) in volume of 434 700,0 tons in 2013 is performed without payment of customs duties in customs procedure of release for internal consumption on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure to perform issue of permissions in the form approved by the Agreement on rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in goods of June 9, 2009 within the approved amount in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the manufacturing companies of sugar which list is specified in appendix to this resolution, or suppliers of raw sugar based on the contract with the specified companies on purpose of the imported raw sugar.

3. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to perform customs declaring and collection of customs duties from import of raw sugar imported in customs procedure of release for internal consumption:

1) based on the permissions issued by the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan on zero rates of import customs duties;

2) without the permissions issued by the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the rates of import customs duties specified in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union.
